| Professor Kai Krohn appointed as CEO & President for FIT Biotech |

Professor Kai Krohn has been appointed as new CEO & President for FIT Biotech Plc effect from 16th of September, 2003. Professor Krohn is the founder of the company, and has been a member of the Board of Directors and Management Team since the beginning. His previous position in the company was the Senior Vice President, Science & Technology.
Former CEO & President Pekka Sillanaukee continues as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and as an advisor to the company.
