Bharucha is on the Council of City and Guilds Institute of London. She was awarded MBE (Member of Order of British Empire) by Her Majesty the Queen. Former appointments include: consultant hematologist; deputy director of Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service; vice chairman and acting chairman of the BBC Trust, the governing body of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC); Board of the UK regulator for commercial television (ITC); Board of General Medical Council (GMC); Chairman of adjudication tribunals for medical practitioners; Board of Advertising Standards Authority; Board of Marie Curie Cancer Care. Bharucha holds a degree in Medicine: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and she is Certified in Commercial Law. She is a Fellow of the Royal college of Pathologists (FRCPath), Fellow of the City and Guilds Institute of London (FCGI) and an honorary Doctor of Medical Science (DMedSc).

He has been based in London since 1995 specializing in international equity capital markets transactions as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions. His former appointments include Partner in major US law firms’ London offices and heading the Nordic desk at a leading global law firm. He has advised on numerous IPOs (initial public offerings) on several different markets, including primary listings abroad and early-stage IPOs. Eero Rautalahti holds a Master of Law (LL.M ) degree (Helsinki) an he is solicitor (England and Wales) and a member of the Finnish Bar.

She has a wealth of experience from the financial sector, business strategies and private banking providing wealth management solutions for high net worth individuals. She has served as the Chairman of the Board at the bank´s subsidiary Ålandsbanken Asset Management Ab. Anne-Maria has strong managerial skills and knowledge of financial regulation, communication, media contacts and marketing. She has versatile understanding gained through own personal efforts on how to
connect sustainability to be a significant part of business. Anne-Maria Salonius holds a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki.

Born 1958, citizen of FinlandJuhani has experience from leading the Industrial Solutions division and M&A at Caverion Corporation, and as the CEO of the corporation in 2013–2014. Before his time at Caverion, he held several management positions at the building construction company YIT during 1988–2008 and was CEO of YIT from 2008 to 2013. In addition, Juhani has served as a board member and held positions of trust at Varma, Nordea, Fennovoima and YIT, as well as led several mentoring projects as part of the Chamber of Commerce mentoring program in Finland. He possesses strong managerial skills and experience, also in the field of financial market regulation, change management, business-to-business, digital services, building construction and business with Russia. Juhani holds a Master of Laws from Lund University and University of Helsinki.
