Risk management is a systematic way to protect the assets and income required for the Company’s business and to enable the Company to achieve its targets. Risk management also includes conscious risk taking which means the utilization of different opportunities based on risk-profit assessments.

The purpose of risk management is to ensure that the risks related to the Company's business operations are identified, evaluated and monitored.

Risks related to FIT Biotech business and business environment have been presented largely in the First North listing materials. Major risks are also described in the annual report and in the interim closing bulletin.

The Management Group follows regularly the risks of FIT Biotech and reports upon the risks to the Board of Directors.
